The Mira Lobe Kinderinsel in Hannover is getting a playground. Here, nursery and kindergarten children play together without being physically separated from each other. They can board a ship, play with sand and water, jump on a trampoline, swing and swing together and spin in circles like crazy. The routing and accessibility also allows children in wheelchairs to participate.
Image description for the visually impaired:
Children climbing on a wooden play ship. You can see parts of a suspension bridge, a climbing ladder, a sliding pole, a taut garland between two masts and a wide passageway in the lower part of the ship that leads to a black and white turntable and a blue porthole.
